Hello, and welcome to Beaver!

Whether you’re learning about us for the first time, revisiting our spaces in preparation of an Admission deadline, a current student or parent exploring our courses, or an alum checking back in—we’re so glad you’re here.

Beaver’s approach to education intentionally focuses on designing a curriculum that breaks from the convention of sticking to the same centuries-old model. We believe our students’ educational experience should not only reflect and connect to what is happening in the world today but also prepare them for the way things are constantly evolving. When students are engaged in an environment where their emotional and physical health is prioritized, they can discover their passions, operate through empathy, and understand how to impact the world.

What I whole-heartedly believe:

  • Schools should be designed to create deeper learning through curiosity, connection, and community.

  • When students are engaged in an environment where their emotional and physical health is prioritized, they are more free to discover their passions, operate through empathy, and understand how to make an impact in the world.

  • For our students to be prepared for the future, it is our responsibility to create opportunities that lead to passion projects, expand learning well beyond the classroom walls, and foster mindsets that teach risk taking, flexibility, and resilience.

This is why I’m so passionate about the work we do here at Beaver! There’s plenty more content on this website for you to delve into so I encourage you to click around and see why we’re so DAM proud.
